Arrow puzzle game
Right of Way
Every arrow wants out. Only one of them can go first.
Right of Way is an arrow puzzle game for iPhone and Android. Clear each board one arrow at a time, play a new puzzle every day and challenge your friends. Signing in with your Google account saves your progress and puts you on the rankings.
One rule, and everything follows from it
There is no special move and no hidden mechanic. An arrow leaves when its path to the edge is clear. Everything hard about the game comes from deciding what leaves first.
Four directions
Up, down, left, right. No diagonals, and no arrow ever changes where it points.
A clear path
Tap an arrow and it goes, but only if nothing blocks the way out. Blocked arrows stay where they are.
Three lives
Every move that cannot happen costs one. Run out and the attempt ends.
One free hint a day
It shows a move that works. Using it caps that puzzle at two stars, everywhere, with no exception.
Modes
Four ways to play
Campaign
Numbered levels that get harder as you go, on a continuous curve. No packs, no gates, no waiting.
Daily Challenge
One puzzle a day, the same one for everybody, drawn at midnight UTC. Ranked, and it closes when the day does.
Friend Challenge
Send a board to someone and see who solves it in fewer moves. Three lives each, forty-eight hours to answer.
Board Editor
Draw your own board, arrow by arrow, and send it as a challenge. If it cannot be solved, the editor says so before anyone else finds out.
Where the game is right now
Right of Way is being built in the open. The engine, the modes and the ranking work. What is not finished is everything around them.
