Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-24
These terms cover your use of Right of Way. Playing means you agree to them. If you do not, the remedy is simple: do not use the app.
Your account
You may play as a guest or create an account with Google. Keep your sign-in secure, because anything done through your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account.
Pick a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone else. We may reclaim one that does.
Fair play
Competitive results are re-checked on our servers before they count. That covers the Daily Challenge, Friend Challenges and ranking points. A result that does not reproduce is rejected. Modifying the app, automating play, or sending fabricated results is not allowed, and an account doing any of it can lose results or access.
Some limits belong to the game rather than being restrictions on you: one free hint a day, rising to three while your daily streak is active, a cap on hints earned from ads, three lives per attempt, a two-star ceiling once a hint is used, and 48 hours to answer a Friend Challenge.
Community maps
Once you are signed in and have solved at least 10 Campaign levels, you can send maps you build. Nothing goes public on its own: the server first confirms the map can be solved, an automatic review screens it, and then a person reviews it. The automatic review can refuse a map on its own; what it lets through still needs a person's approval. A map, or a map name, that is offensive, sexual or otherwise inappropriate is refused, and the refusal comes back to you with its reason.
Any player can report a published map. Three open reports take it out of circulation until we decide. Each map refused for its content counts as a strike: three strikes block you from sending maps for 30 days, and a new strike after that ends map creation for your account for good. If reports you send are rejected three times, you lose the right to report. These sanctions only touch creating and reporting maps; you keep playing and keep your place in the rankings.
You keep what you build. By sending a map, you let us show it in the app with your username and profile picture, let other players play it, and choose it as a Daily Challenge, for as long as it stays published. To have a map of yours taken down, write to us at the address at the end of these terms.
Arrow styles you build follow the same care. A style kept private is seen by no one else. A style you send is reviewed by a person before anyone else can see it; an offensive or otherwise inappropriate name is refused, with the reason. Any player can report a published style, and enough reports take it out of the gallery until we decide. By sending a style, you let us show it in the app for as long as it stays published; to have it taken down, write to us at the address at the end of these terms.
Purchases
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play and follow their terms. Your payment details never pass through us. Refunds are requested from Apple or Google under their policies, not from us.
The Premium purchase removes advertising from the app and unlocks extra arrow styles, which are visual only. It grants no gameplay advantage: hints, lives and ranking behave identically for everyone.
Advertising
The app shows an occasional ad between Campaign levels, plus optional ads you can choose to watch in exchange for a hint or extra lives. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice, and it is never a condition for finishing a level. Before the first ad we ask whether you agree to personalized advertising; refusing keeps the ads and removes only the personalization. The ad-free purchase removes the ads you did not choose to watch.
What we don't promise
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will run uninterrupted or without errors, and features may change or disappear. Progress and results are stored with care, but we cannot guarantee against loss, and a lost ranking position is not compensable.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by deleting the app. To delete your account and its data, see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why when we do.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the app is operated from.
That does not take away the protections you have where you live. If you use the app as a consumer somewhere else, including the United States, you keep the mandatory rights your local law gives you. Nothing here asks you to waive them, and where anything in these terms conflicts with a right your law does not let you give up, that right wins.
